Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Generate corporate, social event, buffet, dining, and outdoor catering sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and regular customers.
- Attend Guests & Take Reservation on the Floor.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate/event clients.
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, proposals, packages, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B Service, Kitchen, Accounts, and Management for successful event execution.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, leads, and follow-up records.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for The Forest Lounge.
- Manage and coordinate Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Develop promotional ideas for food, buffet, events, special occasions, and restaurant offers.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies.
- Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, reviews, campaigns, and digital performance.
- Assist in photoshoots, promotional videos, influencer campaigns, and online campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer response, sales conversion, and marketing results.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports for Management.
- Ensure proper brand image and communication across marketing platforms.
- Support the restaurant in achieving sales targets and increasing customer retention.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university; candidates with a Hospitality background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 37 years
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, event, FMCG, or service-sector sales/marketing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, digital campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Strong MS Office/Excel and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, creative, and confident.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours when required.
- Must have Proven Experience Record
