Job Description / Responsibility

Post daily financial entries, cash books, and bank books into accounting software.
Reconcile accounts: Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure proper cost allocation.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Manage local regulatory filings, such as corporate tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.
Prepare financial vouchers, documents, and reports for internal and external audits.
Maintain Inventory related all work and report to Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Work Experience:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in an accounts and finance role.
Core Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Hands-on knowledge of ERP and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).
Understanding of local VAT, income tax, and withholding tax (TDS/VDS) rules.
