Job Description / Responsibility

Procure civil, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, machinery, and other materials/services as per business requirements.
Understand requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
Source suitable vendors and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and process approvals for work orders.
Follow up on delivery/service completion, quality, and timelines.
Process supplier/vendor bills for timely payment.
Maintain proper procurement and vendor-related documentation.
Prepare regular updates and reports for the reporting supervisor.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc / BBA / MBA in Engineering, Accounting, Science, or a relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments, Washing Factory
