Job Description / Responsibility

Develop, implement, and oversee agricultural farming activities to ensure efficient and productive operations.
Build and maintain a reliable field-labor team through effective supervision, recruitment, and workforce management.
Oversee crop management, including seed selection, soil health management, and pest control.
Monitor crop progress, quality, and yield to ensure the achievement of contract targets.
Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.
Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.
Maintain detailed records of contracts, field activities, and farmer performance.

Educational Requirements

BSc in Agriculture from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
2-3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, contract farming, organic crops, or seed management.
In-depth knowledge of organic farming techniques, including pest management, crop rotation, and soil conservation.
Strong hands-on experience in organic farming practices, crop management, and seed production.
Farm management capability.
