Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
The Greenhouse Operation Supervisor oversees daily operations in high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses, managing labor and ensuring efficient production of vegetable crops with consistent quality and yield.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily greenhouse operations for main vegetable crops i.e. tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber.
Organize and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams.
Manage hydroponic, irrigation and fertigation programs according to crop type and growth stage.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards.
Maintain daily operational records and production reports.
Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and supply teams.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-tech greenhouse vegetable production.
Demonstrated ability to supervise labor and manage daily greenhouse operations.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture in Horticulture
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
