Job Location
House: 52/1(4th Floor), Road: 3/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Job Description
Prepare proposal for Corporate Clients.
Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
Closing the deal.
Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
Create market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target must.
Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
Make a list of Target Clients/Companies.
Contributing to, and developing, marketing Plans and strategies.
Monitoring competitor activity.

Educational Requirements

BBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed Private or Public University.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Real Estate, Boutique/ Fashion, Indenting

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Must be minimum 5-7 years practical experience of the Apartment/Flat sales.
Only CVs from applicants with experience in Real Estate/Developers will be accepted.
The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality.
Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client`s satisfaction etc.
Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Team and achieve the Target.
