Job Description / Responsibility

Setting departmental sales target.
Ensure achievement of departmental target.
Market analysis.
Analysis team member’s performance and find out sustainable performer.
Trained the team members to increase sales performance.
Lead the team with full accountability and ensure team discipline.
Identify and create next level successor.
Oversee customer care, handover, registration, mutation Govt. approval etc.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and submit supervisor/Management
Any others task assigned by supervisor/Management.
Projects selection with feasibility.
Work with Planning & Design Department as well as Engineering & Construction Department for project plan.
Oversee promotional activities to increase sales and branding.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

12 to 18 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 38 years
Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong team leadership, motivation & performance management skills.
Sound knowledge of the real estate market.
Excellent customer relationship & follow-up skills.
Strong business development and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
