Computer Operator - Land Purchase & Documentation

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare, type, update and maintain all land purchase-related documents, reports and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain land purchase files, ownership documents, deeds, khatians, mutation records, DCR, tax receipts and other land-related documents.
Have strong practical knowledge of land deed/document vetting, including checking ownership, chain of documents, schedules and relevant land information.
Assist in preparing and checking sale deeds, bayna agreements, power of attorney, affidavits, declarations and other registration-related documents.
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Office, Land Office, AC Land Office, Mutation Office and other government offices when required.
Prepare and maintain registration documents, deed drafts, checklists and registration-related statements.
Verify land information from CS, SA, RS and BS Khatian, Dag, Mouza Map, Mutation and DCR records.
Maintain computerized databases of landowners, land parcels, purchase status, registration status and documentation.
Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, land statements and management reports.
Scan, organize, rename and digitally archive land documents and maintain proper document indexing.
Assist the Land Purchase/Vetting team in identifying discrepancies or missing documents.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all land-related information and documents.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
