Job Description / Responsibility
- Tele Sales Executive – UK Education

- Job Type: Full-time (Office Based)
- Office Location: Farmgate, Dhaka
- Working Hours: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Bangladesh Time)
- Salary: BDT 15,000 – 35,000 per month + Performance Bonus

- We specialize in helping students gain admission to universities in the United Kingdom. Our experienced team provides end-to-end support throughout the admission process, ensuring a transparent, professional, and hassle-free experience.
- Our UK team works closely with local UK students seeking admission to university and college programme.
- As our operations continue to grow, we are expanding our Dhaka office and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Student Recruitment Team.
- Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective UK (LOCAL) students and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Introduce and promote UK university and college courses.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Persuade and motivate prospective students to proceed with their applications.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication platforms.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful student applications.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and UK office to ensure smooth application processing.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Provide professional customer service and build positive relationships with students.
- Working Hours
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
- Monday to Saturday

- Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Telesales or the Education Industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English. (IELTS 6.5 Level)
- Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Proven ability to follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales/applications.
- Comfortable working with daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads and perform under pressure.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with previous telesales or sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, call centre or customer service is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong English communication skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets are encouraged to apply.
- English-medium educational background will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
