Job Description / Responsibility
- IELTS CENTRE JASHORE is inviting applications from dynamic, smart, and career-oriented male and female candidates for the position of Visa Counselor. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can effectively guide students regarding international student visa procedures and provide excellent counseling support in a fast-paced educational environment. As one of the growing student consultancy and IELTS service providers in Bangladesh, IELTS CENTRE JASHORE works with students aspiring to study abroad in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Europe, and other destinations. The selected candidate will play a vital role in assisting students throughout their visa processing journey.
- Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding international student visa procedures and study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students through visa documentation, application preparation, and compliance requirements.
- Follow up regularly with ongoing student applications and maintain proper communication with students and partner institutions.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, visa status updates, and student files.
- Assist students in understanding admission procedures, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
- Handle inquiries professionally through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Work efficiently in a high-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Support the overall operations of the counseling and admissions department.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, School, Training Institutes

- Age 22 to 50 years
- Additional Requirements
- Experience of 2-3 years in related industry is a must. Freshers are requested not to apply.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
