Job Description / Responsibility
- We’re looking for a strategic, creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for GlobEx Education and drive brand growth, engagement, leads and conversions across digital platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
- Drive lead generation, conversion and overall campaign performance
- Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & other platforms
- Develop monthly content, campaign and promotional strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, KPIs and ROI
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing campaigns
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research
- Identify emerging digital trends and implement new growth opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Maintain a consistent, premium and professional brand presence across all digital channels
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy and digital analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization and conversion funnels
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently
- Strong communication, leadership and team collaboration skills
- Preferred:
- Candidates with prior experience in Student Consultancy, Student Visa Consultancy, Education Consultancy, Study Abroad/International Education, or Lead Generation-based businesses will be given preference.
