Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Rajarbagh, Shahjahanpur(Dhaka)
Office Time: 7:00am to 5:30pm
Overall Front Desk Management.
Attending incoming telephone calls, assisting callers, responding to their queries, taking messages, providing information, making community referrals, and transferring calls to the desired staff members.
Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents to appropriate persons/locations.
Maintaining a well structured dispatch system of all official documents and records.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and management team.
