Admissions And Marketing Intern

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist the admissions team in counselling prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, and application procedures.
Support the processing of student applications, including document collection, data entry, and follow-ups to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain and update student records, CRM systems, and admission-related databases accurately.
Coordinate with counsellors and partner universities to track application status and communicate updates to students.
Support marketing activities such as promoting services through social media, phone calls, emails, and in-office engagement.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional events at Banani and Dhanmondi offices.
Handle front-desk queries and provide basic information to walk-in students and guardians in a professional manner.
Conduct market research on universities, courses, scholarships, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
Help create basic marketing content such as flyers, posters, social media captions, and student success posts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert inquiries into potential applicants.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the admissions or marketing supervisors.
