Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, budget, and preferred study destinations, and recommend the most suitable options
- Provide expert guidance on university and course selection across multiple destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.), matching student profiles to the right institutions
- Manage the complete application lifecycle — from shortlisting universities to submitting applications, tracking offer letters, and securing admissions
- Assist students in preparing high-quality SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other application documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with each institution's requirements
- Advise students on financial planning for overseas education, including tuition fees, cost of living, scholarships, and education loan guidance
- Guide students through visa application procedures for multiple countries, ensuring complete and accurate documentation in line with each country's immigration requirements
- Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare students to confidently handle official visa interviews
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and university admission criteria across all destination countries
- Handle student queries and concerns promptly, providing timely follow-ups at every stage of the admission and visa process
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and alumni to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Liaise and coordinate with international university representatives, admissions officers, and partner institutions to resolve application-related issues
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, application statuses, and communication logs
- Achieve individual and team counseling, conversion, and revenue targets set by management
- Represent the company professionally at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school/college outreach programs to generate leads and promote brand visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential student segments and support lead generation campaigns
- Mentor and support junior counselors by sharing destination-specific knowledge and best practices
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical counseling standards, and destination-country regulatory guidelines
- Prepare periodic reports on counseling activities, conversion rates, and student feedback for management review
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students and promote the company’s study abroad services.

- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in overseas education consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, and European study destinations.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and destinations.
- Sound knowledge of admission procedures, visa documentation, and IELTS/PTE requirements.
- Proven ability to convert leads into successful student enrollments.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Must be confident, proactive, result-oriented, and committed to professional growth.
