Job Description / Responsibility

Build a nationwide talent development system for sales promoters and store managers.
Develop onboarding, training, certification and promotion standards.
Design 7-day, 30-day and 60-day new employee development programs.
Establish a mentor and buddy system for new employees.
Develop practical training covering product knowledge, sales skills, IoT sales and value-added services.
Build a talent pool for future store managers and regional managers.
Organize store manager development programs and sales skill competitions.
Establish daily, weekly and monthly store review routines.
Improve employee motivation through recognition and incentive programs.
Track training results and connect employee capability with sales performance.
Regularly visit stores, coach frontline employees and support underperforming stores.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 32 years
Only Male
3+ years of experience in retail training, talent development or store operations.
Experience in retail, mobile phone sales, consumer electronics, FMCG or chain restaurants is preferred.
Strong understanding of frontline sales and store management.
Experience in designing training programs and competency assessments.
Strong presentation, coaching and communication skills.
Willing to work directly with frontline employees and visit stores regularly.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
