Job Description / Responsibility

ACI Motors Limited is looking for an Executive - Spare Parts (Yamaha Service), where the incumbent will be responsible for driving the marketing, sales growth, and market penetration of genuine Yamaha spare parts and accessories. This position bridges technical service support and commercial sales by formulating promotional strategies, managing dealer and retail networks, driving secondary sales, and ensuring optimal stock availability across territories.
Major Responsibilities:
Monitor daily sales of Yamaha Spare Parts, Yamalube, SMK Helmets and accessories.
Prepare daily sales reports covering target vs. achievement, dealer-wise sales and key gaps.
Track monthly sales targets and follow up with dealers for order generation and achievement.
Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting and warehouse requisitions based on sales trends.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items to support better inventory turnover.
Support 3S Dealers and authorized points with product availability and sales coordination.
Support PDI requirements and related spare parts operations at dealer points.
Monitor dealer and customer feedback and identify sales and service improvement areas.
Prepare regular sales, inventory and business performance reports for management.
Support project management activities as per business requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Chemical Industries, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint, Toiletries, Wholesale
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
