Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and oversee the entire Quality Assurance function, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, international quality standards, and company policies across all production stages.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA systems, SOPs, and inspection protocols to ensure consistent product quality and on-time shipment.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and technical teams to identify quality risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive root-cause corrective actions.
Manage, mentor, and develop the QA team while driving a strong quality culture focused on zero defects, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
