- Job Summary: Unity Builders is looking for a responsible, experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills, along with solid experience in the real estate sector.
- Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Monitor sales activities, individual performance and target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle client negotiations and support the sales team in closing property deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales and customer service operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data for management review.
- Conduct team meetings, provide guidance and motivate team members.
- Ensure professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience* in the real estate sector.
- Candidates with strong and relevant industry experience will be given preference.
