Job Description / Responsibility

Manage rental properties on behalf of clients, including the collection of house rent and payment of utility bills, land tax, and holding tax.
Facilitate the purchase and sale of land and flats for clients, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Identify, approach, and onboard new NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) clients to expand the property management portfolio and achieve sales targets.
Conduct physical property searches and maintain strong coordination with developers and flat owners.
Prepare and upload accurate property listings on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
Ensure all property details are regularly updated on the company website.
Maintain sound knowledge of land laws, property regulations, and real estate legal principles.
Perform regular field visits to inspect properties and meet clients or stakeholders.
Daily project visit reports have to be submitted to management.
Property details must be uploaded or removed from the Facebook page and website on the same day.
Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.

Educational Requirements

A Level
Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
