Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
Develop and execute area-wise sales plans in line with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand AgroSAL`s customer and market base.
Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and institutional customers.
Ensure regular order generation and timely collection from the assigned area.
Develop relationships with progressive farmers, lead farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, and farmer groups.
Regularly monitor market demand, crop conditions, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Gather information on competitor products, prices, schemes, promotional activities, and distribution networks.
Identify changes in farmer behavior and market trends.
Support team members and contribute to achieving overall area objectives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

Experience Requirements

6 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
