Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets.
Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers to ensure strong and sustainable business relationships.
Drive market expansion, product penetration, and brand development across assigned territories.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs and provide actionable market intelligence.
Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to improve field productivity and sales performance.
Ensure effective product availability, stock management, and market coverage in coordination with relevant departments.
Monitor outstanding/OD and ensure timely collection in line with company credit policies.
Organize dealer/retailer meetings, farmer programs, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Review sales performance regularly and take corrective actions against gaps and underperforming territories.
Ensure compliance with company policies, approved pricing, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements
