Executive/Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

Job Description / Responsibility
- In-Process Quality Control
- Perform IPQC activities for liquid bottling and powder/premix pouch sealing operations.
- Conduct line clearance before commencement of production and between product changes.
- Verify product, packaging materials, batch details, coding, labeling, and other applicable in-process parameters.
- Monitor critical process parameters and identify deviations during production.
- NPKS Process Quality Monitoring
- Monitor NPKS batch mixing ratios against approved formulations/process requirements.
- Monitor granule size and screening performance.
- Perform and record bag weight variation checks for 25 kg and 50 kg packs.
- Check heat sealing and stitching integrity of finished bags.
- Immediately report any abnormality or deviation to the QA & QC Head/concerned production personnel.
- Raw Material & Finished Product Testing
- Perform applicable testing of incoming raw materials, including Loss on Drying (LOD), Moisture, and Bulk Density.
- Conduct assigned finished product IPQC testing as per approved specifications/methods.
- Ensure samples are properly identified, handled, tested, and recorded.
- Sampling & Sample Management
- Perform on-line sampling from production and packing operations as required.
- Ensure proper identification, handling, and transfer of QC samples.
- Coordinate movement of QC test samples from Hazir Bazar Factory to Trishal Factory when required.
- SAP & Quality Documentation
- Record applicable IPQC inspection and test results in SAP accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Maintain required IPQC records, checklists, test records, and other quality documentation.
- Ensure all records are complete, legible, traceable, and readily available for review.
- Line Clearance & Changeover Control
- Perform line clearance before production commencement and during product changeover.
- Verify removal of previous product/materials, labels, documents, and other items from the production/packing line.
- Ensure line clearance status is properly documented before release of the line for the next operation.
- Deviation Identification & Escalation
- Identify and report process, product, packaging, and quality deviations observed during production and packing.
- Immediately communicate critical quality issues to the QA & QC Head and relevant production personnel.
- Support investigation and corrective/preventive actions as assigned.
- GMP, SOP & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, approved specifications, and site quality procedures during IPQC activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices within assigned areas.
- Follow applicable laboratory and production-floor safety requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Agriculture
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Agriculture
Experience Requirements
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements

- Practical knowledge of IPQC activities in manufacturing/repacking operations.
- Knowledge of sampling, in-process testing, line clearance, packaging inspection, and quality documentation.
- Basic knowledge of SAP/QM or willingness to work with SAP-based quality processes.
