Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- Source Of Agro is an agriculture-focused company providing agricultural machinery, equipment, and related solutions. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Manager to manage our social media presence, content, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and online brand promotion.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company`s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
- Plan and prepare monthly/weekly content calendars for social media.
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, images, videos, Reels, Stories, and promotional materials.
- Promote agricultural machinery, products, offers, campaigns, and company activities through social media.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Product teams to collect product information and prepare promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and customer engagement across social media platforms.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure proper follow-up with the concerned team when required.
- Develop creative ideas for increasing followers, engagement, reach, leads, and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitors and identify current social media trends, content ideas, and marketing opportunities.
- Manage and monitor paid social media campaigns and advertisements when required.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and campaign results.
- Track the performance of individual content and campaigns and take necessary steps for improvement.
- Ensure all published content maintains the company`s brand image, quality, and communication standards.
- Coordinate photo/video shooting, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and other digital content when required.
- Maintain proper records of social media content, campaigns, and performance.
- Perform any other digital marketing and social media-related duties assigned by Management.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years

- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement, and digital marketing.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Basic to good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and paid advertising.
- Good understanding of social media insights, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to create attractive Reels/Shorts and promotional videos will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Must be creative, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.
