Job Description / Responsibility
- Rajib Agro Chemicals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our agrochemical marketing and business development activities.
- Industry: Pesticides, Fertilizers & Agrochemicals
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
- Manage and monitor field marketing activities and sales performance.
- Strengthen and expand the dealer and distributor network across Bangladesh.
- Guide and coordinate the company’s sales representatives and field team.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and territory-wise business planning.
- Develop promotional plans for existing and new agrochemical products.
- Monitor sales targets, collections, dealer performance, and market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Prepare regular sales, marketing, and market-development reports for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and other stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 43 years
- Only Male
- Experience: 3–5 years in pesticide, fertilizer, seed, crop protection, or related agrochemical industry
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the agrochemical, pesticide, fertilizer, seed, or crop-protection industry.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, dealer development, or field-force management.
- Good understanding of Bangladesh’s agricultural input market and dealer distribution system.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work closely with field teams.
- Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or similar roles in the agrochemical industry are encouraged to apply.
