Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain and update accounting records using Tally Accounting Software.
Prepare Maintain and process cheque and cheque-related transactions.
Handle and maintain records of Loan, Time loan, Term Loan and SOD accounts.
Maintain Debtors and Creditors Ledgers and ensure proper reconciliation.
Handle Import L/C related activities for Spice.
Prepare monthly and yearly financial statement and related schedules.
Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation and timely completion of assigned accounts & finance activities.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting, Finance
Master of Business Administration (MBA) In Accounting, Finance
Partly Qualified CA/ACCA/CMA Candidates will be preferred

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Only Male
Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/Import-Oriented company.
Practical Knowledge of Tally, Export-Import accounting and banking transactions.
Good understanding of L/C, Loan and other trade finance instruments
Good command of MS Excel and MS office
Strong analytical, reconciliation and reporting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
