Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain inventory levels, safety stock, and buffer stock, including ordering, replenishing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Ensure all incoming items are received with the security team and QC team.
Ensure all raw materials are inspected through factory quality inspection team and keep records properly
Maintain a stock register of all local/imported RM, spare parts & accessories.
Prepare daily/monthly stock reports and RM receiving report through ERP and report to line manager and other related stakeholders

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Certification in supply chain or inventory management (preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems in the plastic items manufacturing industry.
