Executive (Supply Chain & Material Management)

Job Description / Responsibility

Preparation of export and import documentation, shipment tracking, and cargo clearance
Communication with Customs, EPZ Authorities, banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of import and export consignments.
Maintain in-bond and ex-bond records with the customs bond register.
Assist in daily warehouse operation, import container unloading, materials inspection, storing, racking, dispatching and lot management.
Issuing raw materials to assembly lines based on model-wise production plans.
Maintaining stock levels in FIFO methods.
Update the stock card, stock register, Lot management sheet, Daily issue and others report daily.
Generate all lot number and batch labels for imported materials.
Assist with Monthly Inventory Accounting through valuation, tracking, and reporting of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Preparation of MRR.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, International Business

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 36 years
Only Male
Must be able to work with high degree of personal honesty, integrity and accountability.
Must possess appropriate level of physical fitness and be able to work for extended hours and in shifts when necessary.
Must have a full understanding of the nature of employment- Contractual with possibility of renewal or conversion to permanent employment after 1 year
