Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of Omega Exim PLC, ensuring efficient procurement, timely delivery, cost-effective logistics, and accurate invoicing. The role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Local Procurement – Source materials, goods, and services from approved vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Delivery Management – Coordinate distribution schedules, monitor delivery performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
Logistics Oversight – Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Invoicing & Documentation – Ensure accurate billing, maintain records, and align with finance for timely payments.
Vendor Relationship Management – Build strong partnerships with suppliers, monitor performance, and enforce service-level agreements.
Compliance & Risk Control – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Performance Reporting –Prepare periodic reports on procurement, logistics, and delivery KPIs for management review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Graduation from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

7-10 years professional experience in the relevant field
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of SCM
Time Management

Strategic Planning – Ability to align supply chain strategy with corporate goals.
Analytical Skills – Strong data-driven decision-making ability.
Leadership – Provide direction and mentorship to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive departmental performance by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Adaptability – Flexibility to handle dynamic market conditions and operational challenges
