Job Description / Responsibility
- United Continental Ltd. is expanding its business portfolio by introducing Globally Renowned RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) solutions for the Garments, Textile, Warehouse, Packaging, Logistics and related industries. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for RFID products, systems and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in designing appropriate RFID solutions.
- Conduct technical surveys and site assessments at factories, warehouses and other customer locations.
- Support RFID system installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
- Work with RFID readers, antennas, tags, printers, scanners and related hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot RFID hardware, software, connectivity and system integration issues.
- Support pilot projects, demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, principals and internal sales teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, specifications, system layouts and implementation plans.
- Provide user training and post-sales technical support.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations, testing and service activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

- Experience
- 5–10 years of practical technical experience in RFID or related identification/automation technologies.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in RFID implementation, system integration, troubleshooting and customer support will be preferred.
- Experience in Garments/ RMG, Textile, Warehouse, Packaging, Logistics or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with RFID readers, antennas, tags, RFID printers/scanners and related systems will be an advantage.
- Required Skills
- Strong practical/hands-on knowledge of RFID technology.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of RFID system architecture and applications.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to customer factories, warehouses and project sites.
