We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and technically competent Electrician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of electrical systems and facilities.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair work at office and other company facilities.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting systems, circuit breakers, distribution boards, and related electrical components.
- Identify electrical faults and perform necessary troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential problems and safety risks.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Handle electrical tools, equipment, cables, wiring, and other materials properly and safely.
- Assist with electrical works during office renovation, relocation, new installations, and facility development activities.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and technical problems.
- Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance, repair, and replacement activities when required.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum SSC or equivalent educational qualification.
- Vocational Training in Electrical Trade from a recognized technical/vocational institute.
- Relevant Electrical Trade competency level(s) must be successfully completed/passed.
- Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) or equivalent electrical trade training preferred.
- Relevant technical certificate/competency certificate will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Electrical License BC must be required.

- Good practical knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Ability to identify electrical faults and take appropriate corrective measures.
- Ability to install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, cable connections, switches, sockets, lighting systems, and related components.
- Ability to identify electrical faults, diagnose problems, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ability to conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize electrical breakdowns.
- Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and safe handling of electrical equipment.
- Ability to inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and ensure proper operational condition.
- Ability to detect electrical faults accurately and perform necessary repair and replacement work.
- Strong practical ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks and complete assigned work within the required timeframe.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Admin, Maintenance, and other relevant teams.
- Ability to use common electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be physically capable of performing electrical maintenance and related fieldwork.
- Must be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours when required for emergency maintenance.
