Job Description / Responsibility

Handle daily accounting tasks such as voucher preparation, ledger posting, and financial record keeping.
Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and expense reports.
Assist with payroll preparation and monthly salary disbursement.
Manage vendor payments, invoices, and petty cash transactions.
Coordinate with auditors and provide full support for internal and external audits.
Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
Cash & bank transaction management
inventory-related accounts and stock reconciliation
VAT/Tax-related documentation
Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Knowledge of company government papers, statutory licenses, and regulatory compliance .
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), advanced Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
Manufacturing industry experience and statutory compliance knowledge (VAT/Tax).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
