Job Description / Responsibility

A. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, personal networks, field visits, and other approved channels.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and convert prospects into policyholders.
Achieve assigned premium, customer acquisition, and other business targets.
B. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Provide professional support throughout the customer journey, including policy acquisition, servicing, renewal, and premium follow-up.
C. Product & Financial Advisory
Conduct basic financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer requirements.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, terms, conditions, exclusions, and premium obligations to customers.
D. Compliance & Performance
Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer proposals, documentation, and onboarding requirements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, prospects, and business performance, and participate in required sales meetings, training, and coaching programs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with relevant sales, customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance experience will be an advantage.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Experience:
Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to build a career in life insurance may be considered.
Prior experience in sales, relationship management, banking, financial services, FMCG, telecom, or customer service will be an advantage.

Persuasiveness and influencing ability
