Data Entry Operator (Remote)

Job Description / Responsibility

Receive and review incoming client queries via email and internal systems
Enter client data, requests, and details accurately into the Farpp database
Match client queries with appropriate solutions from our records
Update and maintain client records to ensure data is current and correct
Flag incomplete or unclear queries for follow-up
Respond to basic client enquiries with pre-approved templates
Prepare simple daily and weekly data summaries
Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Educational Requirements

O Level in Cost & Management Accounting, Information Systems

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 18 years
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, admin, or a similar role
Fast and accurate typing speed (25+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and online databases
Good written English communication
Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC or laptop
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Available to work a consistent schedule from home

Tk. 50000 - 55000
