Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Create graphics, social media content, banners, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
Create promotional videos, product demos, motion graphics, animations, and reels.
Edit videos with transitions, typography, effects, and basic color correction.
Develop engaging visual content for product marketing, campaigns, websites, and social media.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to deliver creative content on time.
Revise designs and videos based on feedback and project requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline (preferably in Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field).

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphics and motion graphics design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual design.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing graphic and motion graphics work is required.

Other Benefits

Probationary period is Six months; after successful completion of the period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization. Upon confirmation as a permanent staff member, they will be entitled to two festival bonuses, welfare benefits, and other facilities in accordance with the organization`s policy. Weekly 2 Holidays.
