Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle monthly recruitment for the food factory, with the capacity to recruit 300–500 factory workers and 200 management & staff level employees every month to fulfill regular and urgent manpower requirements. Maintain strong expertise in operating and managing biometric and face recognition attendance systems, accurately tracking staff attendance, shift records, overtime, and attendance corrections. Possess advanced working knowledge of factory ERP software systems to manage employee databases, recruitment modules, payroll data, official records, and generate all regular HR operational reports smoothly as per Bangladesh factory standards.
- This role oversees all human resource functions of a food manufacturing factory. The HR Manager supports factory operations, production staff, administrative and sales teams. They must comply with local labor laws, maintain workplace safety, handle food-plant workforce matters, and balance employee welfare with factory production schedules, shift work and hygiene requirements for food production.
- Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment, selection and onboarding for production, sales, technical and office staff.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll data and contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, factory rules and food factory workplace policies.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, conflicts and termination procedures fairly.
- Organize necessary training: food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, skill development and orientation.
- Plan performance appraisal processes and support employee development.
- Manage shift rosters for production workers and monitor manpower availability for production targets.
- Promote workplace safety and maintain a healthy working environment in the food processing area.
- Coordinate employee benefits, leave management and resolve HR-related queries for all staff.
- Prepare regular HR reports for factory management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 years
