Senior Executive - Human Resources (Uttara Factory)

Job Description / Responsibility

Implement and monitor employee and departmental KPI/performance management systems.
Develop, review, and implement HR SOPs, policies, processes, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, analytics, and management reports.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Develop and implement innovative HR products, tools, and process improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate worker/employee engagement, welfare, communication, and recognition programs.
Handle day-to-day HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, transfers, confirmation, and separation processes.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace communication.
Maintain working knowledge of labour law, HR compliance, audit requirements, and company policies.
Identify HR process gaps and support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Maintain the disciplinary register and investigation procedure against grievance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill.
People oriented and results driven.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
