Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Manage the onboarding process to integrate new hires into the organization, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and morale-boosting activities.
Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of evaluations.
Assist in setting up performance improvement plans as needed and provide coaching for managers and employees.
Identify employee training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
Support the development of career paths and succession planning to retain and develop talent within the organization.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and responding to employee inquiries.
Assist in processing payroll changes, ensuring compensation and benefits administration accuracy.
Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR policies comply with legal standards.
Assist in developing, revising, and communicating HR policies to align with company culture and goals.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Boutique/ Fashion, Textile
