Job Description / Responsibility

Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences (BIHS) General Hospital invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in the Department of Nephrology. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as per the latest BMDC regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide specialized Nephrology services to patients.
Diagnose and manage patients with CKD, AKI, hypertension, glomerular diseases and
other renal disorders.
Supervise junior doctors and support clinical education and training.
Ensure quality patient care and maintain professional and ethical standards.
Participate in departmental academic and clinical activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the hospital authority.

Educational Requirements

Degree: FCPS / MD in Nephrology.
Qualifications and experience must comply with the latest BMDC regulations.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements: As per BMDC rules and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
Strong clinical and academic background in Nephrology.
Experience in the management of renal patients and dialysis-related cases will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional practice.
