Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities :
We are looking for the right person to join our Call Centre team as a Call Center Operator. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Monitor vehicles and follow up.
Communicate with drivers.
Coordinate with the marketing team.
Handle critical customers effectively.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
Listen actively to callers, confirm or clarify information, and de-escalate angry clients as needed.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Create and maintain records of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using the call-center database
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Assess customer satisfaction through an on-call survey.

Educational Requirements

Diploma, Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 25 years
Only Male
The applicants should have experience in a call center. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
Proficiency in problem-solving
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if & only if you are very good & strong in oral communication.
Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during team management.
Should have good convincing skills.
