Call Center Executive (Marketing)

Job Description / Responsibility

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company`s real estate projects and services.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Call Center Training,
Customer Service Training,
Telemarketing Training,
Sales & Marketing Training,
Communication Skills Training

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Basic computer, internet, and CRM knowledge.
Willingness to work from the office at Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
Real estate, sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
