Job Description / Responsibility
- Care Guide is hiring Service Coordinators to work with U.S. clients on the night shift from our office in Mohakhali, Dhaka. Spoken fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. We want stable professionals who plan to build a long-term career with us. Strong performers can be promoted step by step, up to Department Manager.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client support requests and resolve issues professionally and on time
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients
- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects, including cold calls
- Schedule and coordinate care services, matching client needs with caregiver availability
- Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues to the right team
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments
- Keep accurate records of calls, requests, and resolutions
- Support and guide junior team members when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Working Hours: Night shift, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Healthcare Startup, IT Enabled Service, Overseas Companies, Telecommunication
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Spoken fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Hands-on cold-calling experience is required
- Strong computer literacy and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Good multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) over the long term
- A stable work history is required; applicants with frequent job changes will not be considered
