Job Description / Responsibility

Scrutinize Export LC as per company SOP.
Verify export LC update in BB OIMS by issuing Bank for original LC advising from Bank.
Amendment request to LC applicant/Mkt as required.
Ensure LC capture in SAP, ensure documents prepare in SAP & others update in SAP as required.
Ensure documents submission to Marketing person for collecting acceptance from customer.
Ensure BTMA certificate issuance after shipment/delivery.
Ensure payment docs submission to Bank on time.
Ensure UD collection before delivery & UP issuance from Bond Customs before shipment/delivery.
Ensure EXP issuance on time for EPZ & Foreign shipment.
Check draft BL & confirm before vessel onboard.
Ensure SAFTA/CO issuance on time.
Ensure Duplicate reporting of EXP as central Bank guide line.
Ensure on time Bank acceptance/payment due date collection of export bills.
Ensure on time payment collect of matured bills .

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
