Job Description / Responsibility
- United Continental Ltd. is expanding its business portfolio by introducing Globally Renowned RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) solutions for the Garments, Textile, Warehouse, Packaging, Logistics and related industries. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for RFID solutions and systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RMG, Garments, Textile, Warehouse, Packaging, Logistics and related industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with factories, corporate clients, warehouse operators and other B2B customers.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customers' operational requirements and propose appropriate RFID solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams, principals and customers for successful implementation of RFID projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging RFID applications.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and generate repeat business.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGD in Marketing or related field will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience
- 5–10 years of practical experience in Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with proven experience in RFID solutions/products/systems will be preferred.
- Experience in selling to Garments/RMG, Textile, Warehouse, Packaging, Logistics or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong existing corporate/client network in the above industries will be an advantage.
- Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Good understanding of RFID technology and its industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Good command of English and Bangla.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations/factories when required.
