Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings and approved method statements.
- Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety regulations and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks; prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Monitor and report on work progress, labor deployment and material usage.
- Identify, report, and resolve site-related technical issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper site documentation, daily reports and as-built records.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Engineering Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in building construction projects.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in airport construction projects will be given strong preference.
- Language: Very good spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Advantage: Previous working experience with Chinese, Korean or Japanese construction companies will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes and standards
- Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards
