Job Description / Responsibility

About Us
CareToChina is an international medical coordination service connecting overseas patients with hospitals and medical specialists in China.
We assist patients with medical record submission, hospital coordination, appointment arrangements, translation, and travel-related support.
We are expanding our Bangladesh online service team and looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Online Medical Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our Bangladesh online customer service team.
Manage patient inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other authorized communication channels.
Assign patient inquiries to team members and monitor response times.
Ensure patient information and medical documents are collected accurately.
Follow up with potential patients and coordinate their requests with our China-based team.
Train new customer service representatives using company guidelines.
Monitor service quality, maintain customer records, and prepare daily or weekly performance reports.
Support approved social media engagement and patient community management activities.
Escalate medical questions and complex cases to qualified medical professionals.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Business Studies in sales marketing
Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 30 years
Requirements
Bangladeshi national currently residing in Bangladesh.
Fluent in Bengali and good written and spoken English.
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, medical tourism, or team supervision preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Google Sheets, and basic office software.
Ability to manage a small remote team independently.
Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
Responsible, patient, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
Important: This is a non-clinical coordination position. Employees must not independently diagnose patients, interpret medical reports, prescribe treatment, or guarantee medical outcomes.
