Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a highly articulate, proactive, and energetic Female Executive to join our team to manage digital marketing, live website chat, lead management, and customer support for a USA-based Real Estate platform.
If you have exceptional English communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a knack for managing leads, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Remote
Working Hours: Flexible / US Shift
Key Responsibilities
Live Chat & Customer Support: Provide prompt, polite, and accurate responses to prospective buyers, sellers, and visitors on our website via live chat and email.
Lead Management: Handle incoming real estate leads, follow up promptly, qualify potential clients, and schedule appointments/calls for the sales team.
Marketing Assistance: Support digital marketing efforts, manage client inquiries from social media campaigns, and maintain strong client relationships.
Database Maintenance: Update and manage customer records and lead statuses using CRM software.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years

Requirements & Qualifications
Gender: Female.
English Proficiency:
IELTS Overall Score: Minimum 6.5 (a score of 7 or higher will be strongly preferred).
US Native / Accent Proficiency: Native US English fluency or near-native speaking ability will be given high priority.
Experience: Prior experience in USA real estate client handling, live chat support, or call centers is a huge plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, fast typing speed, and basic CRM/lead management knowledge.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with website chat software, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
