Job Description / Responsibility

Manage online customer queries.
Handle incoming customer calls.
Collect customer feedback by calling them.
Target base Online Product sale and service.
Keep track of sales by maintaining Ms.Excel sheet. (training will be provided).
Make sales report and settle with finance team.
Others works assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 30 years
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Record keeping and documentation skills
Familiar with operating clinic management software.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office application suite.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
