Job Description / Responsibility

Intern(Accounts,Finance,HR,Admin,Commercial,SCM,SAP,Marketing,Production,QC,QA,R & D,Planning)
Learn and gain practical exposure to the functions, processes, and day-to-day activities of the assigned department.
Develop an understanding of departmental workflows, standard operating procedures, and organizational policies.
Assist in routine departmental activities to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge.
Participate in assigned projects, tasks, and learning activities to develop job-related skills and competencies.
Gather, organize, and analyze relevant information and data to support departmental operations and decision-making.
Learn to prepare reports, maintain records, manage documentation, and use relevant tools and systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Observe workplace practices and learn professional standards, organizational culture, and business operations.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve professional capabilities.
Perform other learning-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the reporting supervisor to support departmental objectives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Candidates must be recent graduates or students who have completed all academic coursework and are awaiting internship completion.
Basic understanding of textile business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive learning mindset.
Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
