Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Business Assurance services
Identify new business opportunities and develop new service lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Promote services such as Social Compliance Audits (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP, etc.)
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure client satisfaction
Ensure proper coordination between clients and operations teams
Support key accounts exclusively
Monitor service quality and turnaround time (TAT)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Auditing
Experience in audit/compliance services, testing, inspection, or certification industry is highly preferred
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of Social Compliance Standards (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP, ISO standards, etc.)
Understanding of textile/garment manufacturing processes
Familiarity with compliance requirements, and industry practices
Core Competencies:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Client-focused mindset with relationship-building ability
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Energetic, proactive, and target-driven attitude
