Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
TDS Fashion Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in furniture/upholstery pattern making and be capable of developing accurate, production-ready patterns.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

3 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Only Male
3–10 years of relevant experience.
Educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Expert in manual pattern drafting, CAD patterns, grading, and precise fabric consumption/marker making.
Deep technical understanding of knit fabric behavior, including shrinkage, stretchability, rib/lycra recovery, and GSM impact.
Candidates with experience working with Yours Clothing buyers will be given priority.
Ability to understand complex buyer technical packs, measurement specs, and comment sheets independently.
Proven track record in solving fit issues and guiding the sample team for timely sample approval.
Sewing technical issue solving.
CAD Software: Expertise in standard CAD software Optitex.
